The Steel Action Model HS has been a well-known name among European hunters for years, recognized for its unmatched solid construction, robustness, and reliability, as well as its excellent precision. The HS rifles impress with their thoughtful ergonomics and technology, designed for a safe, quick, and controllable shot release.

The system components are made of hardened steel, and their exceptionally high wear and corrosion resistance is achieved through an elaborate nitrocarburizing process. The Picatinny rail milled in tension along with the barrel housing guarantees perfect alignment between the barrel and the mount. The precise, firmly screwed barrel comes standard with an M15x1 thread. The craftsmanship of the engineering is evident in every detail of the bolt – for cleaning, the bolt can be removed without tools and easily disassembled into large parts, significantly easing maintenance, inspection, and care.

The steel magazine is double-rowed and can be changed with one hand, but loading from the top is also possible with an open bolt. It accommodates 5 cartridges in standard calibers and 4 cartridges in magnum calibers.
